Recife Metro Map

The Recife Metro, officially known as Metrorec, is the rapid transit system serving Recife, the capital of Pernambuco state in Brazil. It consists of three operational lines (Central, South, and Diesel). The system began operation in 1985. As of 2023, the operational network spans approximately 71 kilometers with 36 stations and serves about 400,000 passengers daily, making it one of the busiest metro systems in Brazil.
